Our service guarantee stipulates that we will perform to a certain level and ensure products and services are free from defect for a period of one year. If these conditions have not been met, we will ensure the issue is corrected and that you are fully satisfied with our products and services.
Prior to offering a service guarantee Tim will ensure that the level of service quality that he is planning to guarantee is generally achievable. If we can’t guarantee service Tim will let you know beforehand as invocations of the guarantee can be financially prohibitive.
